We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to seize opportunities, build strong relationships, and establish our presence in the Baltics by opening new business opportunities from the ground up.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement a sales strategy for establishing and capturing new business in the Baltic region.

Identify and pursue fresh opportunities – from the first contact to signed agreements.

Build trust and long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Stay on top of industry trends, subsidies, and customer behavior, and bring new ideas to adjust our strategy.

Work closely with marketing to create and roll out campaigns that resonate in the local market.

What we expect from you

Solid B2B sales experience with proven success in creating and closing new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

A proactive, solution-driven mindset – you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.

Fluency in English and Estonian (other languages are a plus).

Familiarity with CRM tools and working with data to manage your pipeline.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time.
